1. Introduction
BKK-Link Co., Ltd. (“Company”) is a service provider of job searches and/or job applications for Job Seekers and searches of resumes and/or job advertisements for Employers through the websites and/or applications of BKK-Link, including BKK-Link products which are potentially available in the future.The Company places the utmost importance on the privacy and safety of personal data, including the confidentiality of users’ personal data. This Privacy Policy has, therefore, been created to clarify details relating to the personal data to be collected, the method of handling the personal data and the objectives of collecting and handling the personal data thereof, as well as the method of contacting users for the deletion or change of their personal data. This Privacy Policy shall apply to all users unless specified otherwise herein. Please read the Privacy Policy of the Company thoroughly so that you will understand the principles and methods of use of such personal data.

2. Personal data collected
The Company has prescribed different types of personal data to be collected and used, including the method of data collection, in the table below:

User accounts
Your personal data in your user accounts shall consist of:

The Company shall collect all your personal data given (1) throughout the period when you are an active user of the BKK-Link system; and (2) at least 90 days after you have deleted your user account from the system (a result of legal regulations).

Personal record and job application data

Your personal data included in the printed form of “BKK-Link Resumes” shall consist of:

The Company provides services of checking BKK-Link Resumes kept in the BKK-Link system, and the Company may notify any errors or invalidity of data to you via emails or telephone numbers or through other contact channels given by you before sending them to Employers which have published such job positions for the good image of Job Seekers.

Job applications through the method of Upload Files
You may apply for a job by sending files of documents such as resumes, transcripts, documents of work performances, copy of house registration, copy of ID Card or other supporting documents of a job application, etc., on the BKK-Link system.

The Company provides services of checking supporting documents of a job application kept in the BKK-Link system, and the Company may notify any errors or invalidity of data to you via emails or telephone numbers or through other contact channels given by you before sending them to Employers which have published such job positions.

Job applications through the method of Easy Form
For your convenience in the job application, you may apply for a job by recording your curriculum vitae in the prescribed forms. Your personal data included in the printed form of “Easy form” shall consist of:

Marital status/nationality/religion
Current Address/Telephone numbers/emails/LINE ID

The Company provides services of checking Easy Form and supporting documents of a job application kept in the BKK-Link system, and the Company may notify any errors or invalidity of data to you via emails or telephone numbers or through other contact channels given by you before sending them to Employers which have published such job positions.

The Company shall collect all your personal data given (1) throughout the period when you are an active user of the BKK-Link system; and (2) at least 90 days after the date of receiving the request to delete data from the system (a result of legal regulations).

Job application records

The Company shall keep the data relating to your job application to create historical records of job applications.

Interested jobs
The Company shall keep the data relating to jobs that you are interested in for your convenience in reviewing your records of jobs you have been interested in.

The Company shall collect all your personal data given (1) throughout the period when you are an active user of the BKK-Link system; and (2) no more than 90 days after you have deleted your user account from the system.

Period of Data Collection on 1 year

Data of use of BKK-Link websites and/or applications
The Company may keep the data of your access or method of your use of BKK-Link websites and/or applications through third-party data analysis service providers.

In case of storing data usage of BKK-Link websites and/or applications through third-party data analysis service, the Company shall keep all your personal data in the format of data which cannot be properly identified.

Conversational voice between Job Seekers and the call center
Upon your contact with our call center, the Company may record your conversational voice for improvement and development of the Company’s service provision quality.

User accounts
Your personal data included in your user account shall consist of:

Contact information of Employers that publish job advertisements in the BKK-Link system may be personal data of their employees, personnel or related parties, consisting of:

Name and Surname
Address/telephone numbers/emails/LINE ID, etc.

Contact information of Employers that use services in the BKK-Link systemต
Contact information of Employers sent to the Company to use services in the BKK-Link system which may be personal data of their employees, personnel or related parties, consisting of:

Name and Surname
Address/telephone numbers/emails/LINE ID, etc.

The Company shall collect all your personal data given (1) throughout the period when you are an active user of the BKK-Link system; and (2) at least 90 days after your user account was deleted from the system (a result of legal regulations).

Supporting information for advertising
Supporting information sent to the Company for the publication of job advertisements or other patterns of advertising which may consist of the personal data of any person, as follows:

Personal pictures
Videos
Audio file
Messages, etc.

The Company shall collect all your personal data given (1) throughout the period when you are an active user of the BKK-Link system; and (2) no more than 90 days after your user account was deleted from the system.

Conversational voice between Employers and the call center
Upon your contact with our call center, the Company may record your conversational voice for improvement and development of the Company’s service provision quality.

Period of Data Collection on 90 days

The Company shall only collect your useful personal data for the purpose of using personal data as specified in Clause 3. Furthermore, the Company shall not collect your personal data relating to religion, disability, sexual behavior or data which may cause feelings of unfairness or unequal discrimination, unless:

Express consent has been received from the data owner
By prescribed by-laws
It is for benefits relating to your life, health and safety
It is for study, research or provision of statistics

3. Use of personal data
Upon receiving your consent or having a legal basis to use your personal data (as the case may be), including (but not limited to) compliance with contracts, statistical objectives, lawful objectives, and performance of lawful obligations, the Company shall use your personal data in line with the details given in the table below.

Provided that you have acknowledged and accepted that during communication and conversation with the Company and its work team, the Company may record your conversational voices or details of any methods of contact.

4. Personal data dissemination method
The Company shall not disclose personal data collected through using services in the BKK-Link system to a third party unless your prior consent has been received, and such a disclosure thereof shall be made under the objective of service provision of the BKK-Link system only.

Upon agreement with this Privacy Policy, you or your parent (in case you are under 20 years old) acknowledge that you have thoroughly read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree with all terms of this Privacy Policy. In particular, you agree and consent that the Company may collect, use, disclose, keep, or process your personal data for the provision of the Company’s service to you.

The Company may, however, disclose your personal data without your prior consent in certain cases, if the Company believes in good faith that the Company needs to do so in order to comply with its obligations under the applicable laws or to duly respond to legal processes such as search warrants, court orders or summons, including in the case that the Company believes in good faith that there is a necessity for lawful benefits relating to national security, law enforcement, litigation, criminal inquiry, protection of individual safety, or prevention of the loss of lives or imminent physical danger, in the case that the Company considers that such lawful benefits are superior to the benefits by-laws or fundamental rights and liberties requiring the protection of your personal data.

4.1 For Job Seekers:
You acknowledge and accept that the Company may disclose your personal data by sending BKK-Link Resumes or your job applications to Employers publishing such job position.

BKK-Link Resumes
BKK-Link Resumes of Job Seekers recorded in the BKK-Link system shall be disseminated to Employers that are members or that publish job advertisements of personnel only.

Job applications
Job applications sent by Job Seekers to the Company or recorded and kept in the BKK-Link system through 4 methods of making a job application shall be sent to Employers that are members and that publish job advertisements for the purpose of job hiring only:

Job applications submitted with BKK-Link Resumes
Job applications submitted by Upload Files
Job applications submitted via Emails
Job applications submitted by Easy From

4.2 For Employers:
ทYou acknowledge and accept that the Company may disclose your contact information as specified in the BKK-Link system or other data given by you to the Company through different channels, including the personal data of employees, officers, internal personnel or related parties of Employers together with details of job positions published for job advertisements, in the case that there are whole or parts of names, pictures or personal data of employees, officers, internal personnel or related parties of Employers, and Employers hereby certify and confirm that they have received prior consent from the data owners and they were entitled to use the data of such people for job advertisements.

Supporting information for advertising
Supporting information for advertising sent to the Company for the publishing of job advertisements or other patterns of advertising to be disseminated on BKK-Link websites, applications or other media of BKK-Link.

5. Protection of personal data and rights of data owners
The Company strongly intends to protect your privacy and your personal data. Therefore, the Company hereby notifies the rights of data owners, including (but not limited to) those under applicable laws, for your benefit, as follows:

Right to access:
In case there is any disruption preventing you from accessing personal data processed by the Company, you shall be entitled to receive the data and to access your personal data and to receive a copy of personal data or to request for disclosure for the acquisition of such personal data from the Company.

Right to objection:
In case you have considered the methods that the Company would use to collect and use personal data and are aware of any disadvantages or negative interests, you shall be entitled to object to such a matter at any time. The Company shall be prohibited from keeping and using your personal data, and you shall have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing which may result in your failure to use the whole or parts of the services in the BKK-Link system, including blocking access to the above features, content or services, as the Company deems appropriate.

Right to deletion:
In case there is any disruption preventing you from deleting or destroying or making your personal data unidentifiable in the BKK-Link system, you shall be entitled to demand the Company to delete or destroy or make your personal data unidentifiable. The Company shall delete or destroy or make such data unidentifiable within a period of 90 days as from the date of receiving such a request.

Right to resistance:
The Company may process your personal data as may be necessary for the development of the Company’s service provision and for the protection of your privacy. You shall be entitled to demand the Company to stop processing the whole or parts of your personal data.

Right to update:
In case you find out that your personal data is incorrect or incomplete, you shall be entitled to request the Company to update your personal data.

Right to revoke consent:
You shall be entitled to revoke consent for the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data, provided that exercising such a right may result in you no longer being able to use the services.

Right to transfer data:
You shall be entitled to request a copy of your personal data in electronic format or to transfer your personal data for use with services provided by other service providers, and you may exercise such rights by directly contacting the Company via the contact information specified below.

The Company places utmost importance on the transparency of protecting the legal rights of data owners. Should you have any questions relating to privacy or you intend to access and/or correct your personal data or submit a complaint relating to the Company’s processing of your personal data, please contact the call center [Clause 9 “Contact Us”].

6. Deletion of personal data
The Company shall collect your personal data as long as it is necessary for providing the service to you in accordance with the authority and objectives of the lawful operation of the Company such as the maintenance of the Company’s service, compliance with the Company’s legal obligations and dispute resolution.

In case you have requested for the deletion or destruction of or making unidentifiable your personal data, the Company shall delete or destroy or make such data unidentifiable within 90 days as from the date of receiving the request, with the exception that the Company shall be permitted or required by law to keep the necessary personal data for the period prescribed by the applicable laws and/or in case it is necessary for the authority and objectives of the lawful operation of the Company such as the prevention of fraud, legal obligations, taxes, auditing and accounting, collection of litigation evidence, or protection of your safety with proper measures of basic right protection and benefits for the personal data owners, provided that for audits and the prevention of improper use of services or repeat offenses in the BKK-Link system, the Company needs to keep some of your personal data in the system for 10 years from the date the Company deletes your user account or data from the system.

7. Personal data storage method
The Company is aware of the importance of protecting the security of personal data. Please be advised, however, that there is no completely safe system. The Company provides a personal data storage system and develops it in order to have measures to protect the security of the personal data on it which are appropriate and consistent with the confidentiality of your personal data, including the surveillance of potential threats to the BKK-Link system in order to prevent your personal data from any unauthorized or unlawful use, disclosure, loss, destruction, amendment or access, including the pseudonym usage policy, encryption policy, access policy and policy of storage and prevention of unauthorized access and avoidance of storage of unnecessary personal data in the BKK-Link system, including reduction of leakage of personal data from the operation of works of employees, workers and representatives of the Company, and all security protection measures of the Company shall have equivalent standards as prescribed by the applicable laws.

The Company recommends you to use unpredictable passwords and not to disclose the passwords to a third party and to limit access to your computers and mobile devices. The Company also recommends you to always log out of the BKK-Link system after using the services, in case you logged on to the system via public computers or communication devices.

The personal data the Company has collected from you may be kept, transferred or processed by a third-party service provider for the improvement and increase of efficiency of the service provision as well as for the access to content of the BKK-Link websites and/or applications. Regarding the disclosure of personal data to such a person, the Company would exercise its reasonable efforts to ensure that those third-party service providers would keep the confidentiality of your personal data and not use it for other objectives other than the scope prescribed by the Company under this Privacy Policy. Therefore, you should study the Privacy Policy on websites of those third-party service provider to understand the methods that such third-party service provider may use your data.

In addition, the Company hereby notifies you that the Company, a third-party service provider of data analysis and marketing platforms for advertising in other networks may use cookies or local storage to keep the data of your access or your method of using the BKK-Link websites and/or applications at web browser or record it in your computers or communication device. The use of cookies and local storage shall improve your service use and cause advertisements displayed on the BKK-Link website and/or applications to be relevant to your behaviors and interests, and the storage of this data shall not harm your computers or the safety of your data.You can disable or control the use of cookies through the settings of the web browser or communication devices you use to change the accepted settings which may result in your failure to use the whole or parts of the services in the BKK-Link system, including blocking access to the above-mentioned features, content or services as the Company deems appropriate. 8. Change of privacy policy
The Company reserves its rights to amend or add the whole or parts of conditions to this Privacy Policy from time to time as may be reasonable to conform with guidelines for service provision such as improvement and increase of functions, development of systems for use of services, application of scientific advancements and technologies, technical configuration, the safety of service provision and/or legal reasons or any other changed regulations without giving prior notification or caution to you. Therefore, you should always follow up on any changes of this Privacy Policy. However, the Company shall disseminate any changes of this Privacy Policy on the BKK-Link websites and/or applications as may be suitable for a given situation, and in case there are significant changes thereof, the Company shall notify you via emails. In case you log on to websites and/or applications of BKK-Link to use services after the effective date of such changes, it shall be regarded that you have accepted such changes. Therefore, please regularly check the Privacy Policy during the use of services. In case you no longer intend to use the services under the new Privacy Policy, you may stop using the services immediately.

Terms and conditions as specified below (hereinafter called “Terms of Service”) are agreements made between BKK-Link Recruitment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called the “Company”) as a service provider of job searches and/or job applications for Job Seekers and searches of resumes and/or job advertisements for Employers through websites and/or applications of BKK-Link, and Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants as the users. Please read these Terms of Service thoroughly and completely before starting the use of the service.

Definitions

Under these Terms of Service, unless provided otherwise, any of the following “words” and “expressions” shall be defined as below:

“BKK-Link”
means the service of job searches and/or job applications for Job Seekers and the search of resumes and/or job advertisements for the Employers through websites and/or applications, including future products of BKK-Link Recruitment Co., Ltd. and affiliates;

“Advertising”
means the advertisements of job vacancies with the objective of personnel hiring in any job positions, including any patterns of advertising as they appear on BKK-Link;

“Data”
means data, audio files, music, pictures, videos and other similar things;

“Job Seeker”
means users of BKK-Link with an objective of job seeking which includes users who have subscribed to BKK-Link membership and users who have not subscribed to BKK-Link membership;

“Job Applicant”
means an applicant for a job position as it appears or is advertised on BKK-Link;

“Employers”
means natural persons or juristic persons lawfully registered, including limited partnerships, limited companies, public limited companies and/or juristic persons under other laws who has applied for membership with BKK-Link.

“Username”
means emails as created by Job Seekers which have been approved for logging in to and using the services of BKK-Link;

“Passwords”
means the codes created by Job Seekers which have been approved for logging in to and using the services on BKK-Link;

“Services”
means services presented on BKK-Link both with costs and without costs, including presentation of useful information to the Employers, Job Seekers and/or general public;

“BKK-Link Resumes”
means the personal profiles of Job Seekers, including educational background and work experience provided by Job Seekers which are kept in the BKK-Link system with consent from the data owners;

“Job Applications”
means applications created by Job Seekers for job positions as they appear or are advertised on BKK-Link;

1. Acceptance of Terms of Service

These Terms of Service shall be binding on Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants who use the Services of BKK-Link upon their accepting to “Agree” of these Terms of Service.
Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants have thoroughly read and understood these Terms of Service and agree to accept these Terms of Service before starting the use of the Services.
All Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants must use the Services under the requirements specified in these Terms of Service, and in case there are additional Service requirements, Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants must comply with such additional requirements specified in these Terms of Service.

2. Usernames and Passwords

Job Seekers agree to keep confidential and not disclose Usernames and Passwords or any other codes (if any) used for BKK-Link Services to third parties for any reason whatsoever. The Company shall assume no responsibilities for any damage that occurs resulting from the loss of Usernames and Passwords or any other codes (if any) or the case of third parties ascertaining such Usernames and Passwords.
Job Seekers acknowledge that any transactions or use of Services made by using Usernames and Passwords or any other codes (if any) of Job Seekers shall be regarded as their actions which shall be binding on Job Seekers without requiring their signatures on any documents.
For the purpose of safety, in case that Job Seekers have learned that a third party has recognized their Usernames and Passwords or any other codes (if any), the Company recommends such Job Seekers to change their Usernames, Passwords or any other codes (if any).

3. Scope of Service Provision

For the purpose of safety or any other necessities, the Company may correct, change or add to these Terms of Service without prior notification to Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants. The Company recommends Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants to check these Terms of Service regularly during the use of Services. However, in case the Company significantly changes these Terms of Service, the Company would notify Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants via email or notify Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants by means of an announcement on the website and/or applications of BKK-Link.
All intellectual property relating to BKK-Link, user accounts, Data, content and Services created and developed on the website and/or applications of BKK-Link or obtained during the Service provision shall be regarded as the sole rights of the Company. It is prohibited to reproduce, copy, photocopy, modify, disseminate or take any other actions for dissemination to the general public or for seeking benefits such intellectual property unless prior written consent has been received from the Company.
The Company shall assume no responsibilities for damage, expenses or losses which may occur from the Service provision, including the delay of data transfer, the period of data dissemination, extenuating circumstances or any other events that prevent access to the use of BKK-Link Services such as connections, display errors, system stability and computer viruses, if the Company has taken reasonable care thereof or as per the circumstances.
Job Seekers agree and consent to give Data in formats and types as requested by the Company as may be necessary and for the Service provision.
The Company shall assume no responsibilities for the failure or defects of the whole or part of its Service provision resulting from the failure to comply with these Terms of Service.
Job Seekers agree and accept that user accounts are available for specific use and are solely owned by account owners. Job Seekers may not transfer or allow any third parties to use their user accounts, and no third parties may subrogate user accounts from Job Seekers. Moreover, any transactions or use of any Services made by such user accounts shall be regarded as the actions of Job Seekers and shall be binding on Job Seekers only.
The Company reserves its rights to display Advertising for Employers or third parties, including BKK-Link and/or the Company to Job Seekers through the website and applications of BKK-Link.
The Company shall not be bound for the provision of Service until Job Seekers hand over necessary Data for Service provision to the Company.

4. Resumes of Job Seekers, Job Applications, and Other Supporting Documents for Job Applications
In case that Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants keep details and BKK-Link Resumes or Job Applications or other supporting documents for Job Applications with BKK-Link:

The service of keeping BKK-Link Resumes or Job Applications or other supporting documents for Job Applications and the sending of the same to any Employers must be consented to in order to be passed to Employers by Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants. The Company shall be obliged to hand over BKK-Link Resumes or Job Applications or other supporting documents for Job Applications to Employers for the purpose of personnel hiring only.
Employers may search for BKK-Link Resumes and the Company may not guarantee the minimum number of BKK-Link Resumes to be searched, contacted or handed over to Employers each day.
Employers may pass on BKK-Link Resumes or Job Applications or other supporting documents for Job Applications of Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants to related parties.
The Company may notify Job Seekers of incorrectness or unsuitability of BKK-Link Resumes as given by Job Seekers to BKK-Link.
The Company shall have its absolute rights not to distribute, disseminate, pass on or cancel and remove BKK-Link Resumes or Job Applications or other supporting documents for Job Applications of Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants which were sent to the Company or recorded or kept in the system of BKK-Link, out of the system.
The Company may refuse, remove or correct Data, BKK-Link Resumes or Job Applications or other supporting documents for Job Applications of Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants which are against the laws, good morals or having obscene or disgusting content or any other unlawful causes, as well as incorrect, erroneous, incomplete, invalid, deleted, corrected or defective Data, and the Company may correct the Data as may be deemed expedient without notification.
Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants hereby certify and confirm that:
- BKK-Link Resumes or Job Applications or other supporting documents for Job Applications as well as details and any other Data recorded or kept in the system of BKK-Link are correct, complete, actual and up-to-date. In case there is any change of such details and Data, Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants shall be obliged to revise such details and data to be correct, complete, actual and up to date.
- Throughout the period of use of the website and/or applications of BKK-Link, Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants agree not to take any actions against laws and good morals and not to take any actions in violation of any rights of the Company or third parties or which may cause damage to the Company or third parties.
- In case it is found that Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants are in breach of the laws or these Terms of Service relating to the Data obtained from Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants, or the Data recorded or kept in the system of BKK-Link is erroneous in any way, the Company reserves its rights to remove the whole or part of the Data, delete user accounts and/or cancel the use of Services at its discretion without giving notification thereof.
- Regarding BKK-Link Resumes or Job Applications or other supporting documents for Job Applications sent by Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants to the Company or recorded or kept in the system of BKK-Link, in case there is a name, picture, contact data or personal data of a third party in them, regardless of the whole or part thereof or a copy of any document proving the existence of such third party, Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants hereby certify and confirm that they have already received consent from the owners of such personal data, and had their rights to use the Data or documents of such person as supporting documents for Job Applications or for purposes relating to Job Applications. For these purposes, the Company shall assume no responsibilities for any damage that occurs or for any litigation or demand against the use of the above-mentioned Data or documents.
The Company shall keep BKK-Link Resumes or Job Applications or other supporting documents for Job Applications until Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants express their intention to delete the Data from the system.

5. Job Applications

There are 4 methods of Job Applications through BKK-Link, including:
1. Job Applications by giving BKK-Link Resumes: Job Seekers may submit their Job Applications through the membership subscription channel of BKK-Link and create a record to be given to BKK-Link.
2. Job Applications by sending files of resumes, portfolios or other supporting documents for Job Applications: Job Seekers may submit their Job Applications through a channel for uploading files of resumes, portfolios or other supporting documents for Job Applications.
3. Job Applications via emails: Job Seekers may submit their Job Applications via emails specified in the announcement of personnel hiring on BKK-Link.
4. Job Applications by filling out a brief biography: Job Seekers may submit their Job Applications through a channel for inputting their brief biography in the Job Applications form, and may also attach other supporting documents for Job Applications.
Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants have thoroughly read and understood the qualifications of Job Applicants for any positions as announced or advertised or as they appear on BKK-Link.
Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants hereby certify and confirm that they have the qualifications and skills as announced or advertised for such job positions on BKK-Link.
Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants acknowledge and consent to give their cooperation by coordinating with government agencies or attending any other places in person, as per the intentions of the Employers and in accordance with the nature of works as announced or advertised (if any).
Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants agree that, in case any Data specified in BKK-Link Resumes or Job Applications or other supporting documents for Job Applications is found to be untrue or against laws or good morals or have obscene or disgusting content or have any other unlawful causes, the Company reserves its rights to refuse, cancel, remove or correct Data or BKK-Link Resumes or Job Applications or other supporting documents for Job Applications of Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants, or to suspend the service provision to Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants without notification.
BKK-Link shall send automatic emails, such as emails for confirmation of membership subscription, emails for notification of the result of records checking, etc., for the purpose of recognition of statuses relating to user accounts or Job Applications of Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants.
The Company shall have its absolute rights not to distribute, disseminate, pass on or cancel and remove BKK-Link Resumes or Job Applications or other supporting documents for Job Applications of Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants which have been sent to the Company or recorded or kept in the system of BKK-Link, out of the system.
BKK-Link Resumes or Job Applications or other supporting documents for Job Applications that have been sent through the system of BKK-Link to Employers as per an announcement for personnel hiring are for the purpose of consideration of such job vacancies only.
Job Seekers acknowledge and consent that the Company shall assume no responsibilities for any patterns of Data, content, pictures, videos or presentations as advertised or announced on BKK-Link, and that no burden has been caused to the Company for such purpose.

6. Job Applications Checking and Screening

The Company provides services of checking resumes or other supporting documents for Job Applications given to BKK-Link to create a good image of Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants before sending such resumes or other supporting documents for Job Applications to Employers.
The Company shall screen the content of Job Applications sent via email or submitted by sending files of resumes, portfolios, etc., and by filling in a brief biography before sending them to Employers for the prevention of spam and advertisements.
The Company may contact Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants via emails or telephone numbers specified in BKK-Link Resumes, Job Applications, other supporting documents for Job Applications or any other contact methods to inquire about additional details for checking resumes or other supporting documents for Job Applications given to BKK-Link.

7. Searching and Recommendation of Job Vacancies

The Company uses the search data of Job Seekers for the development of searching for job vacancies to increasingly meet the demands of Job Seekers.
The Company uses interesting job data and jobs that Job Seekers applied for to recommend other job vacancies to Job Seekers.
The Company shall keep the Data of Job Seekers relating to the searching and recommendation of job vacancies for a period not exceeding 1 year.

8. Obligations of Job Seekers

In case a Job Seeker and/or Job Applicants is a minor completely under the age of 20 years old or has not reached the age of maturity by marriage, such minor must have his or her parent jointly consider these Terms of Service.
Job Seekers must keep confidential and not disclose Passwords or any other codes (if any) for the use of Services of BKK-Link to a third party for any reason whatsoever.
In case that Job Seekers breach the provisions contained in Sub-clause 1 or 2 above, this shall be regarded as the responsibilities of such Job Seekers, Job Applicants or parent of the aforesaid persons (as the case may be) without objection.

9. Liabilities
The Company shall assume no responsibilities for any contractual breach and/or infringement dispute in any of the following cases:

Loss of pictures, artworks, copies, Data or BKK-Link Resumes or Job Applications or other supporting documents for Job Applications, including any patterns of documents given by Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants to BKK-Link.
Any mistakes or errors that occur or potentially could occur from the use of BKK-Link Services or any other causes preventing the use of BKK-Link Services or the loss of Data or any damage caused by improper use by Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants or resulting from non-compliance with these Terms of Service.
The Company, including its directors, brokers, agents or any other people involved with BKK-Link shall assume no responsibilities for any mistakes or damage resulting from employment, including any transactions made between Employers and Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants.
The Company, including its directors, brokers, agents or any other people involved with BKK-Link, shall assume no responsibilities for any mistakes or damage that occurs from the giving of Data by Employers or resulting from the operation of Employers.
The reliability and accuracy of announcements or Advertising as they appear on BKK-Link must be to the satisfaction of Job Seekers. The Company shall assume no responsibilities for any mistakes or damages that occur from the Data as they appear in the announcements or Advertising on BKK-Link.
The Company shall assume no responsibilities for any damage that occurs from the breach of contracts or infringement of rights of any person resulting from the Data or BKK-Link Resumes or Job Applications or other supporting documents for Job Applications given by Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants.

10. Public Relations and Storage of Data for Marketing Purpose

The Company shall send marketing emails, such as emails for public relations relating to BKK-Link, emails for the introduction of interesting job positions, etc., and Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants may cancel receiving such marketing emails by pressing the button “Unsubscribe” in any previous email received.
The Company shall collect the statistical data of viewing marketing emails for content development and presentation to meet the demands of Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants.
The Company shall use the Data from BKK-Link Resumes in marketing analysis for content presentation to meet the demands of Job Seekers.
The Company shall collect the statistical data of use on the website and/or applications of BKK-Link for design and development of the website and/or applications of BKK-Link to increasingly meet the demands of Job Seekers.
The Company may contact Job Seekers to ask for their recommendations on Service provision or use the recommendations to develop the Service provision of the Company.

11. Protection of Personal Data and Rights of Data Owners

The Company strongly intends to protect the privacy and personal data of Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants. The Privacy Policy can be studied here. Click.
Job Seekers shall have the duties and responsibilities to protect privacy or secrets, usernames and passwords (if any). In case of doubt of incursion or unauthorized access to user accounts, Usernames or Passwords, Job Seekers must immediately contact the service center at email : support@alink.co.th
Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants may object to the storage and use of Data and may request for the deletion or destruction or treatment as unidentifiable of the Data sent by them to the Company or recorded or kept in the BKK-Link system through the service center at email : support@alink.co.th The Company shall delete or destroy or treat such Data as unidentifiable data within 90 days as from the date of receiving such a request thereof. However, regarding the Data sent out to various channels, the Company shall make its best efforts to delete or destroy or treat as unidentifiable such Data.
Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants may revoke the consent given in respect of the collection, use or disclosure of their personal data by deleting their user accounts in the menu “configuration of user accounts” or contacting the service center at email : support@alink.co.th. provided that, with the revocation of consent given in respect of the collection, use or disclosure of their personal data, the Job Seekers are no longer able to use the user accounts on BKK-Link as a result.
The Company hereby notifies you that after the deletion of user accounts or the revocation of consent given in respect of the collection, use or disclosure of their personal data, the Company still has to keep data of Job Seekers for another 90 days as required by law.
In addition to the case under Sub-clause 11.5, the Company needs to keep some personal data of Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants in the system for another 10 years, even if the Company has deleted or destroyed your user accounts or data under Sub-clause 11.5, for audit and prevention of improper use of services or commission of repeated offenses resulting from behaviors relating to the use of Services of Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants which may reoccur in the system of BKK-Link.
Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants must be solely responsible for expenses, damages, attorney’s fees, court fees or any other expenses that are incurred from arbitration, in case it appears that contract termination has resulted from the faults of such Job Seekers and/or Job Applicants.

12. Applicable Laws
These Terms of Service or other related contracts shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
