Position : Office Operation & Customer Service(Urgent!!!)
Job Description : Perform general Office Tasks such as Filing, Data Entry and Maintaining Organized Records. Communicate Effectively with Internal Teams Suppliers and Customers. Respond to e-Mails and Web Page Inquiries Promptly. Manage and Process Customer Orders Ensuring Accuracy and Timely Delivery. Coordinate with the Production Team to Fulfill Orders Efficiently. Keep Track of Inventory Levels Reorder Supplies as Needed and Update inventory records. Prepare and maintain necessary documentation related to food production, including production reports and quality control records. Assist in financial transactions, including invoicing, purchase orders, and expense tracking.
