Job Description :	Job Description: ➢ Driving the company’s Accounting & financial planning. ➢ Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments. ➢ Control and evaluate the organization’s fund-raising plans and capital structure. ➢ Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations. ➢ Supervise all Accounting & financial personnel. ➢ Manage vendor relationships. ➢ Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports. ➢ Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies. ➢ ขับเคลื่อนการบัญชีและการวางแผนทางการเงินของบริษัท ➢ ดำเนินการจัดการความเสี่ยงโดยวิเคราะห์หนี้สินและการลงทุนขององค์กร ➢ ควบคุมและประเมินแผนการระดมทุนและโครงสร้างทุนขององค์กร ➢ ตรวจสอบว่ากระแสเงินสดมีความเหมาะสมสำหรับการดำเนินงานขององค์กร ➢ ดูแลบุคลากรด้านบัญชีและการเงินทั้งหมด ➢ จัดการความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ขาย ➢ จัดทำรายงานปัจจุบันและรายงานคาดการณ์ที่เชื่อถือได้ ➢ ตรวจสอบว่าเป็นไปตามกฎหมายและนโยบายของบริษัท
